Andre Dubus is one of my five favorite writers and has been for nearly twenty years. One of my fondest memories is sitting in Jim Thomson's backyard just chatting with him the one time I met him. This was shortly before he died and I was there ostensibly to sell books, but mostly what I was doing was admiring him at a near distance.
Open Media has released his work in e‑book format, which is incredible news for those of you on the forefront of e‑reading technology. Go get 'em, if you don't have them. I personally guarantee they're worth the money and more.
